Geography

It is located in the border area of ​​the southwestern part of the Altai Republic in the mountain-steppe zone and is located near the Katun River. The street network consists of five geographical objects : st. Lugovaya, st. Embankment, st. Nagornaya, st. New, st. Central.

According to the 2002 census , in the national structure of the population, Altai people made up 90% of the total population of 77 residents [7] .
