Mikhail Vasilyevich Troshikhin Born on May 4, 1949 in the village of Krasny Bor, Leninsky District (now Esilsky District) of North Kazakhstan Region. [one]
Education
In 1971 he graduated from the Leninsky Agricultural College.
In 1981 he graduated from the Agricultural Faculty of the Tselinograd Agricultural Institute with a degree in agronomist studies.
In 1999 he graduated from the Eurasian National University with a degree in law .
Labor Activity
From 1971 to 1979 - Agronomist of the Amangeldy state farm department, agronomist, head of the Novomikhailovsky state farm department, secretary of the party committee of the Stanovsky state farm.
From 1979 to 1982 - Chairman of the Mamluta district committee of national control.
From 1982 to 1991 - Director of the Minsekersky State Farm, Mamlyutsky District, North Kazakhstan Region.
From 1991 to 1992 - First Deputy Chairman of the Timiryazevsky District Executive Committee.
