History
It was founded around 1930, translated from the Tatar Chulpan - “morning light” [2] .
Geography
Chulpan is located in the western part of the region, on the river. Mitten. The street network consists of two geographical objects : st. Green and st. Red Hills.

Population: in 1923–2356, 1930–383, 1959–332, 1979–261, 1989–129, 1996 — 94 residents [3] .
- Gender and age composition
In 2003, there were 1360 people in the village of Chulpan and in the village of Reshetino, including 262 students and preschool children, 686 people of working age, and 412 people of working age. Men - 569 people [4] .
Infrastructure
The main social facilities are in the center of the village council: MOU SOSH s. Reshetino and kindergarten at school [5] , post office.
