42nd edition Three days of Bruges - De Panne - a one-day road bike race on the route between the Belgian cities of Bruges and De Panne . The race took place on March 21, 2018 as part of the UCI 2018 European Tour . The victory was won by Italian cyclist Elia Viviani from the Quick-Step Floors team ^[1] .
