The village is located in the eastern part of the Tambov region, in the forest-steppe zone, within the Oka-Don plain , on the right bank of the Olshanka River, at a distance of about 36 kilometers (in a straight line) to the northwest of the city of Kirsanov , the administrative center of the district.
