History
In 1902, the Obskaya (Yudihinskaya) volost was separated from the Kulunda volost. It included the settlements: Baturovo , Bykovo , Ilyinka , Kiprino , Kuchuk , Verkh-Kuchuk, the village of Makarova , Omutskaya , Seleznevo , the village of Shelabilih and Yudikha [3] .
