History
A place near Lake Kishkino was chosen by primitive people. This is confirmed by numerous finds of tools of the Stone, Bronze and Iron Ages in the sands of the Kiprinsky borok on its shores. The Russians settled here in the 18th century. The exact date of the foundation of the village is unknown, presumably the 30s of the century. The year 1626 is indicated in the "List of Settlements of the Siberian Territory", however, it should be borne in mind that the chronology of the "List" was compiled on the basis of unverified information, including oral statements by the villagers, and the dates of the emergence of some settlements there are related to the time when their territories were located the borders of the Russian state. There is no evidence of this date, the first mention of the village of Kishkin, Malyshevskaya Sloboda, dates back to 1745, which is considered the date of the village. The materials of the 2nd revision of 1745 say: "The village of Kishkina is again settled in the Kuznetsk department of the Malyshevskaya Sloboda. Ivan Blinov, he has a brother Trofim. Total in the village of Kishkina there are two souls of raznochintsev." According to the fifth revision, the village of Kiprina is listed in the Kolyvan province of the Kulundinskaya settlement. Since 1864, the village was part of the Tomsk province of the Barnaul district (later county) of the Kulunda volost.
In 1902, from the Kulunda volost, the Ob (Yudikhinsky) volost with its center in the village of Yudikha was separated into an independent administrative unit. It included settlements: Baturovo , Bykovo, Verkh-Kuchuk, Ilyinka, Kiprino, Kuchuk , the village of Makarova , Omutskaya, Seleznevo, the villages of Shelabolikha and Yudikha. In 1911, 2426 people lived in the village - 1098 males and 1328 females.
Since July 1, 1917, the village of Kiprino became the center of the Kiprinsky volost and remained until May 25, 1924, when the Kiprinsky district was formed, which existed until February 20, 1931 [8] . A church was built in the village by 1891, with it a literacy school in which 15 children studied.
In 1928, Kiprino consisted of 441 households, the main population being Russians. It was a district center (from September 12, 1924 to February 20, 1931) of the Kiprinsky Village Council of the Kiprinsky District of the Kamensky District of the Siberian Territory [9] .
