Description
The village is located in the eastern part of the region, on the Tykhaya Sosna River , 10 km north-east of the regional center, the city of Alekseyevka . The nearest railway station is SEE - 94 km.

History
The emergence and name of the village is associated with the creation of fortified sections of the Belgorod line on the river. Quiet Pine. To block the crossings (climbs) across the river from the raids of the Crimean and Nogai hordes of nomads along the Kalmius hat passing in this area, logs “with a frequent oak nail” were flooded in the water - “garlic”.
It is mentioned in the Memorial Book of the Voronezh Province for 1887 as the "Cheshnosny Khutor kolobod Aleksѣevkѣ" Olshansky volost of Biryuchensky district. The number of residents of both sexes is 468, the number of yards is 70.
In 1859, in the Biryuchensky district - “the state farm Cheshnoshniy on the Tikhaya Sosna River” “on the right side of the large postal route from Biryuch to Ostrogozhsk” - 70 yards, 640 residents (317 males and 323 females). [3]
On January 17, 1979, in the village of Dalnee Chesnochnoye, the Mukhoudera village council of the Alekseevsky district, there were 300 inhabitants, on January 12, 1989 - 195 (77 men, 118 women), on January 1, 1994 - 174 inhabitants.
In 1997, in the village of Far Chesnochnoy Mukhouderovskogo rural district of Alekseevsky district - 99 households.
