Personal life

Anima was born in Atwima-Ofoaz in the Ashanti region. [1] She grew up in a family of academics . Married to Dr. Charles B. Viafe-Akenten, Lecturer, Department of Psychology, University of Ghana . [1] Her first child, Dr. Michael Viafe-Quagyan, is a professor of botany at the same university. [1] She has three daughters - Nana Advoa, Avo Asantevaa and Ohenemaa Viafevaa. [one]

Education

Anima received her secondary education at St. Rosa High School in Aquatia in the eastern region of Ghana from 1991 to 1993. [1] Graduated from the University of Ghana with a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics and Theater Arts (using the theater for higher education) in 1995. [1] Received a Ph.D. from the University of Ghana in July 2017 for the study of Ghanaian languages ​​(Akan Linguistics - Media Discourse). She wrote a dissertation in Twi, becoming the first person to do this.
