The Bohemian War of Women is an uprising raised, according to an ancient Czech legend, after the death of Queen Lyubusha by her friend Vlastoi around 740, with the goal of establishing the kingdom of women in the Czech Republic .
Vlast and her followers took possession of the fortress Devin (opposite Vyshegrad ) and for several years dominated the surrounding territory until they managed to seize the fortress with cunning and force and put an end to its reign.
