Biography

Came from the nobility of the Chernigov province . He was born in the family of the state adviser Fedor Maximovich Korobki (d. 1873) and his wife Anna Alexandrovna, nee Riedinger. In memory of the merits of his grandfather, Vice Admiral M.P. Korobki, along with his brothers, he was enrolled on February 16, 1856 in the Page Corps . The Gatchinsky Regiment , with whom he participated in the suppression of the Polish uprising, was released from the corps by the ensign in the Life Guards .

In 1868-1870 he commanded a company (from 20.04.1869 - head-captain), then 2.5 years was a regimental treasurer. Since 08/08/1873 - Member of the selection committee of the St. Petersburg quartermaster's warehouse. He was allowed from November 10, 1875 to wear, inherited the Order of St. John of Jerusalem ; April 6, 1876 was promoted to captain.

He participated with the regiment in the Russian-Turkish war ; in October 1877 he was wounded in the head and leg and was included in the Alexander Committee on the wounded, among the pensioners of the 2nd class. In February 1878 he returned to the regiment, which was heading to Constantinople; took command of the battalion. In April 1878 he was again sent to Russia, for treatment of wounds and on April 16 was promoted to colonel .

In March 1887, he was appointed commander of the 5th Kaluga Infantry Regiment ; July 13, 1893 was promoted to major general. Along with the production of lieutenant generals, from June 13, 1894 he was appointed commander of the 2nd Brigade of the 36th Infantry Division .

In 1899, he was appointed head of the 2nd Turkestan Line Brigade [2]

He was buried with his brother, Fedor Fedorovich (1851-1907)), in a cemetery in the village of Bolshoy Kuzmino near Tsarskoye Selo [1] .
