Pyzhikova, Natalya Ivanovna

Born on April 27, 1966 in the village of Balakhta, Balakhta district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. In 1988 she graduated from the Economics Department of the Krasnoyarsk Agricultural Institute, where she remained to work. Through this university was sent for an internship at the Moscow Agricultural Academy. K. A. Timiryazeva , then entered the full-time postgraduate study of this university, after which in 1995 she defended her thesis on "Economic-statistical analysis and ways to improve the forage base of dairy cattle breeding."

In 1995 - 2006 she worked as a teacher at the Krasnoyarsk State Agrarian University. In 1997, she became the head of the Department of Economic Analysis and Statistics of this university, and in 2002 she was appointed director of the Institute for Advanced Studies and Retraining of the Krasnodar State Agrarian University .

In 2006, she entered the civil service, becoming the head of the department of economic programs and forecasting in the department of agricultural and food policy of the administration of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. In 2008 - 2014, she was Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food Policy of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. At the same time, she concurrently taught at the Krasnoyarsk State Agrarian University , was engaged in scientific activities, publishing over 30 scientific papers during this period.

In 2010 , she defended a doctoral dissertation in Novosibirsk on the theme “Development of the grain and grain products market in the region (theory, methodology, practice)”, and in 2012 received the academic title of professor.

Since October 2014 and. about. rector, and since February 2015 - rector of the Krasnoyarsk State Agrarian University.

Areas of research activity of N. I. Pyzhikova - analysis and development of directions of development of the agro-industrial complex ^[2] . As of 2019, he is a member of the working group on the development of the regional technological platform “Food Security of Siberia” ^[3] . Supervises graduate students: five of them successfully defended their thesis. He is a member of the dissertation council at the Novosibirsk State Agrarian University with a degree in 08.00.05 Economics and Management of the National Economy - Economic Sciences ^[4] .

N. I. Pyzhikova personally and co-authored published more than 170 scientific papers, including 13 monographs, 50 articles, 13 reports at conferences ^[5] , as well as several textbooks ^[6] . As of March 2019, according to the scientific library eLIBRARY.ru, 245 references were made to publications with her participation; as of June 2019, the number of citations was 275 ^[7] .

In 2017, she acted as the project manager for the International Scientific Conference “Technologies for the Development of Social, Economic, and Logistic Processes of the Arctic Zone of Russia: History and Present” in Krasnoyarsk ^[8] . She led the teams that won grants in 2015-2016 on the topics: "Organizational and economic mechanism for ensuring import substitution and food security in the Krasnoyarsk Territory" ^[9] and "Forming the personnel potential of agriculture in the Krasnoyarsk Territory" ^[10] .

Since 2012, he has been a member of the Public Council under the Ministry of Finance of the Krasnoyarsk Territory ^[11] . In 2019, she joined the Council on Science and Higher Education under the Governor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory . He is a member of the Public Council under the Office of Rosreestr for the Krasnoyarsk Territory .

Repeatedly awarded letters of thanks and diplomas from the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia, the Governor and the Legislative Assembly of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. In 2016, she was awarded the title “Honorary Worker of the Agro-Industrial Complex of Russia” ^[12] .
