Biography
Career start
He started playing football at the age of 5 in the local section of FC Smolensk ; the first coach is Sergey Nikolaevich Puchkov. At the insistence of his father, at age 11, he moved to the more promising Togliatti Academy named after Konoplev . Three years later, he moved to Moscow Lokomotiv , but due to frequent injuries, could not gain a foothold in the team and ended up in another metropolitan school - FC Chertanovo [1] . He began to play in the position of the central striker , but due to low growth, he gradually changed his skills to the flank striker and extreme midfielder .
July 29, 2016 he played his debut match for Chertanovo in the PFL championship against Kaluga [2] , and on August 18 he scored the first goal on a professional level, distinguishing himself in the match against Energomash [3] . In his first season he played 22 matches and scored 7 goals. In the 2017/18 season, he already scored 9 goals in 25 matches and helped the team win the PFL championship (West zone) and enter the National Football League . In the autumn part of the FNL championship 2018/2019 he scored 11 goals, being the second scorer of the tournament.
On January 4, 2019, Glushenkov, together with his teammate Nail Umyarov, officially moved to Spartak Moscow [4] . On March 11, 2019 he made his debut for the Spartak-2 farm club in the FNL championship match against Petersburg Zenit-2 (1: 1), leaving the starting lineup and scored a goal in the 51st minute [5] . On March 17, 2019, he made his debut for the main team of Spartak in the RPL match against Zenit , substituting in the 73rd minute instead of Alexander Tashayev [6] .
Team Career
Since 2017, he has been called up to the Russian youth teams of various ages. In March 2019, he was first called up to the Russian youth team [7] . March 22 made his debut for the “youth team” in a friendly game against the national team of Sweden (up to 21) (2: 0) [8] .

Father - Glushenkov Alexander Anatolyevich (b. 1971), former footballer, defender [9] . Known for performances for Smolensk “Crystal” , FC “Smolensk” and Bryansk “Dynamo” . As of March 2019 - the administrator of the Smolensk "Dnipro" .
