Natalia Lafourcade ( Spanish María Natalia Lafourcade Silva ; born , ) is a Mexican singer and actress . Grammy Award Winner. Multiple winner of the Latin Grammy Award [4] . Since her debut on the big stage in 2003, she has been one of the most successful pop-rock singers in Latin America .

Biography
Born February 26, 1984 in Mexico City . Her father is Chilean musician Gaston Lafourcade, and her mother is pianist Maria del Carmen Silva Contreras. Her uncle is the Chilean writer Enrique Lafurcad (1927–2019), a representative of the so-called “Generation of the 50s”. At the age of three, Natalia began to sing, and at the age of four she first expressed a desire to become an actress .
Educated at the Catholic Ango-Spanish Institute (Instituto Anglo Español), at the same time studied painting and acting . As a child, Lafurkad studied playing various musical instruments ( flute , guitar , piano , saxophone ).
In 1998, she was a member of the Twist trio, but the group split up the following year. At the age of seventeen, she met with the Italian producer Loris Caroni, who revealed her talent and offered to focus on the solo career of the singer.
In 2002, in Italy, she released her first solo album, Natalia Lafourcade , which in 2003 was nominated for the Latin Grammy Award as the best debut album. In 2009, she released an album - "Hu Hu Hu", which made her world famous.
In 2017, she recorded the track “ Remember Me ” in a duet with R&B artist Miguel for the credits of the animated film “ The Secret of Coco ”, and later they sang a song together at the Oscars [5] .
