History

Candidate of Historical Sciences A. Yu. Saran writes (2015) that under the names Kitaevo, Kitaevka village is mentioned in documents in 1897-2010; she was part of the ATD: Goldaevskaya pag., Znamensky. (until 1928), Androsovsky s / s (1939 - until 07/17/1954), Glotovsky s / s, Uzkinsky district (1928-1929), Znamensky district (1930-1935), Khotynetsky district (1965— 1985), Androsovsky s / s (1939), now Glotovsky s / s, Znamensky district (1929-1930, 1935-1963, since 1985) [2] (List-1910. Geography

The village is located in the central part of the Central Russian Upland in the forest-steppe zone , in the northwestern part of the region on the Nugr River . The street network consists of one geographical object : st. Oatmeal.
