Born July 31, 1961 in Ethiopia. In 1991 he graduated with honors from the Faculty of History and Philology of the UDN them. P. Lumumba, specialty historian-teacher of history. In 1994 he defended his thesis, in 2007 - his doctoral thesis on the topic "Foreign Policy Activities of Emperor Haile Selassie I: 1916-1974." From 2008 to 2018 Professor of the Department of Political Science at FGSN RUDN, since 2010 Professor of the Department of Theory and History of International Relations at FGSN RUDN.

In 2015 he was awarded the academic title of associate professor.

He is the author of more than 30 scientific and methodological works, including 3 monographs, 1 collection of poems, and 3 translations of Russian fairy tales into the Amharic language (the official language of Ethiopia).
