Rudolf Hesso, Margrave of Baden ( - ) is the son of Margrave of Baden Hesso and his wife Adelgeida Rinecki .

He succeeded his father in 1297 and ruled with Uncle Rudolph III until his death in 1332. In 1332–1335 he ruled alone.
Rudolph Hesso was married to Jeanne of Burgundy, Lady de Ericour . She was the daughter of Count Montbeliard Reno of Burgundy and the widow of Ulrich III, Count of Ferret. They had two daughters:
- Margarita (d. 1367), husband - Margrave of Baden Frederick III (d. 1353)
- Adelheida (d. After 1399), 1st husband: (1345) Margrave of Baden-Pforzheim Rudolph V (d. 1361); 2nd husband: Earl of Thirshtein Valram IV (d. 1386)
Rudolf Hesso died in 1335 leaving no male heirs, so his cousin Rudolph IV , Margrave of Baden-Pforzheim, became his successor.
