Rudolph III, Margrave of Baden ( - ) is the son of Margrave Rudolph I and his wife Kunigunda Eberstein. After the death of his father in 1288, he ruled over Baden together with his brothers Herman VII , Hesso and Rudolph II . Rudolph III outlived all his brothers and since 1297 ruled Baden alone.

Rudolph III was married to Jutta Strasberg. The marriage remained childless. He was succeeded by the son of his brother Hesso, Rudolf Hesso .
