History
In 1984, by a decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the RSFSR, the village of the Pobeda subsidiary farm was renamed Pobeda [2] .
Geography
Located in the north of the region, in the forest-steppe zone of the Volga Upland , on the right bank of the Volga .
