Content
History
Founded in 1694 [2] . In the “List of Populated Places of the Russian Empire” of 1868, the settlement is mentioned as the factory village of Bolakhnin ( Balakhnin ) of the Tomsk District (2nd section) in the Sosnovka River, located 81 versts from the provincial city of Tomsk . In the village there were 16 courtyards and 83 people lived (36 men and 47 women) [3] . In 1911, in the village that was part of the Litvinovskoy parish, Tomsk district, there were 51 courtyards and 243 people (117 men and 126 women). The state-run wine shop functioned [4] .
According to the data of 1926, there were 92 farms and 448 people lived (mostly Russians). There was a school I stage. Administratively, the village was part of the Boltovsky village council of the Polomoshinsky district of the Tomsk district of the Siberian region [2] .
Geography
The village is located in the northern part of the Kemerovo Region, in the southeastern part of the West Siberian Plain , mainly on the left bank of the Sosnovka River, near the confluence of the Vaskina River into it, at a distance of about 11 kilometers (straight) to the north-west of the urban-type settlement Yashkino , the administrative center of the district. The absolute height is 151 meters above sea level [5] .
