Penguin creates an army of radio-controlled penguins , with the help of which it hopes to conquer Gotham. Batman must get to the Penguin's lair and stop him.

The game is an adventure game with several locations of the city and elements of beat 'em up . The player in the role of Batman, standing guard over Gotham, discovers a new opponent - Penguin. In a few days, he must collect evidence for him and prevent Penguin from becoming the mayor of the city or using his army of penguins.

Collecting evidence and knocking out evidence from Penguin's minions, the player must connect them with the actions of Gotham officials to prevent Penguin's criminal intentions at critical moments in the plot. The game has several good and bad endings, depending on the player’s action or inaction at a particular game moment.

The game received mainly average ratings from European publications. The German edition of PC Games rated the game 78%, noting the high complexity of the game due to the fact that the player can lose by asking the wrong question during interrogation or not having time to do anything in the course of the story, because of which he will have to constantly start game again or from the last successful save ^[1] .
