Etymology

The genus is named after two “fighters with colonialism ” ( Tupac Amaru II and Milagro Amalia Angela Sala), the specific name is given in honor of the feminist movement in Latin American countries Ni una menos [1] .

Description and Systematics

The holotype is MACN-In 2678C - the imprint of a fragment of the back wing of an insect measuring 19.9 × 12.9 mm. The venation of the fragment is quite different from other insects so that scientists describe the new species and genus. He, along with the genus Eugeropteron Riek, 1984, was singled out into a separate detachment of Eugeroptera , including the latter in the Odonatoptera nadotoryad [1] .
