Biography
Born June 2, 1955 in Khabarovsk. The Ph.D. thesis was defended in 1985 on the topic “Fauna and Ecology of Diptera, Syrphidae) in the South of the Far East”. In 2004 he defended his doctoral dissertation on the topic " Creeper Flies (Diptera, Syrphidae) of the Far East of Russia: Fauna, Biogeography, Ecology ". He lives in Komsomolsk-on-Amur , participates in scientific expeditions to the Russian Far East [1] [2] . Member of the Dissertation Council at the Federal Scientific Center for Biodiversity, Far Eastern Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences [3] .
