Biography

Born on September 27, 1966 in the village of Tolmachevo, Alapaevsky District, Sverdlovsk Region [1] .

In 1985, he began his career as a truck crane driver at the Alapaevsky Stroydormash plant, in 1988 he arrived in Ulyanovsk on a Komsomol ticket , worked as a driver in an aircraft industrial complex . In 1991, he took up entrepreneurship; in 1994, he founded the diversified company Maxima-X [2] .

In 2001 he graduated from Ulyanovsk State University with a degree in economics.

He headed the Ulyanovsk regional organization of the Motorsport Federation, was a deputy of the Ulyanovsk City Council of the third and fourth convocation. He was a member of the Central Council of the party "Fair Russia", was the chairman of the regional branch of the party in the Ulyanovsk region [3] .

In 2011, he was elected to the State Duma of the sixth convocation on the list of Just Russia.

On October 6, 2016, he was empowered by a member of the Federation Council - a representative of the executive body of state power of the Ulyanovsk Region.
