For the first time, information about the album Banks posted on the social network Twitter in May 2012 ^[11] . Initially, it was called Fantastic , but at the end of May the artist changed her name to Fantasea ^[12] . Banks presented the album cover on her Instagram in July, and also shared that the mixtape will include 18 tracks, including 3 remixes.

Azilia also said that this album turned out to be “accidental” and that it was a kind of experiment created with close friends ^[13] .

On May 11, 2012, Banks posted the track “ Jumanji ” on the Internet for free digital download ^[14] . A month later, on June 13, the second track from the album, “Aquababe”, appeared on the net ^[15] . The last publication before the release of the entire mixtape was the third track "Nathan", released on June 30 ^[16] .

For the tracks “Luxury” and “Atlantis”, Azilia made music videos that were published in the fall of 2012 ^{[17] [18]} .

The official mixtape single has never been released. Initially, Azilia planned to make the song “Esta Noche” a single, but the producer of the track, Munchi, refused to give permission to release the song ^[19] . ^[20] .

The album received many positive reviews from music critics. The Guardian stated that the mixtape shows “how much the performer is full of ideas” and gave the album four stars out of five possible ^[21] . In the magazine Spin rated the album at 8 out of 10, and also called it "mega-energy" ^[8] .
