Biography
Born July 30, 1829 . In 1847 he entered Moscow University - a post -graduate student of the 2nd (physico-mathematical) department of the philosophical faculty of Moscow University [1] . At the end of the university, he was appointed to the Boundary Chancellery as assistant to the head clerk with the rank of college secretary on December 7, 1851.
Then he served in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs - in the Department of Internal Relations - was a clerk, then vice-director of the department.
He was granted the status of state councilors on April 28, 1872.
He was awarded the orders: St. Stanislav 1st (1877), 2nd art. with the imperial crown (1863) and 3rd century; St. Vladimir 3rd art. (1875); St. Anne 2nd Art. (1870); Norwegian St. Olaf Commander's Cross 2nd Art. (1875); Prussian Red Eagle 2nd Art. (1873); Hesse-Darmstadt Philip Generous Commander's Cross 2nd Art. (1869) and the Dutch Lion of the Commander's Cross (1867). He also had a dark bronze medal in memory of the war of 1853-56. on St. Andrew's ribbon and the Sign of the Red Cross .
By the definition of the Senate of March 6, 1878, Andrei Vasilievich Kister , according to his personal merits, was approved by the hereditary nobility, with the right to include in the third part of the noble genealogy of the book of the St. Petersburg province , together with his wife Margarita-Louise-Sofia and children, sons: Andrei , Voldemar and Frederick Alexander and daughter Maria .
In 1885, he retired with the production of the rank of Privy Councilor .
Died on February 5 ( 18 ), 1907 . He was buried in the Smolensk Orthodox cemetery [2] .
Family
He was married since 1858 to Margarita-Louise-Sofia Juncker (1835-1888). Their children:
- Andrei (04/05/1861 -?) [3] [4] , communications engineer, chief engineer of the Oranienbaum Electric Railway (1912); his wife, Anna Aleksandrovna Protasyeva (1873—?), the daughter of a real state adviser Alexander Ivanovich Protasyev (1831—?), came from the Ryazan branch of the Protasyev nobles.
- Mary (1868—?), Married Lehman [5] ; her husband, Pavel Nikolaevich Lehman, was a fellow practitioner of Andrei's brother at Karl May's school.
