The chief inspector of the Hong Kong police special unit, Fan Shenlin, board a plane at Kaitak Airport , next to Sydney , to extradite Wen Zhang, an important figure in the international drug business network. Upon arrival in Sydney, Shanlin wants to question the suspect. Zhan refuses to cooperate. On the way to the courthouse, a sniper kills the detainee. Shanlin notices the shooter, chases him, and finally catches up with him in a Chinese restaurant, as a result of which a fight breaks out. People, equipment and food are all involved in disassembly. Shanlin is trying to defend himself. Before arriving at the police station, a Hong Kong policeman searches the enemy’s pockets and finds some evidence leading to Wilton, the local mafia boss with significant political influence.

Shanlin meets Wilton at a luxury garden party where an Australian invited him to demonstrate his skills as a martial artist. Defeated by Wilton and attacked by his people, Shanlin retreats. Later that evening, Shanlin climbs a ten-story building up the wall and bursts into the Red Dragon Academy of Martial Arts in search of evidence. The intruder is attacked by ten students who hold the sword. Wounded Shanlin escapes through the elevator shaft, breaks through the glass door and jumps into a passing car.

University students on their way home are in the car. Seeing that the person is wounded and bleeding badly, they decide to take him to their father, a veterinarian. Under his care and thanks to his daughter, the Hong Kong cop is recovering and regaining his strength, while falling in love with Angelica. However, Wilton's people track down Shanlin and try to get rid of him by blowing up a bus with him. Their attempt turns into failure, but subsequently dies Angelica. Shanlin gets the car and soon catches up with the killers. The chase in the chase takes place in a suburb of Sydney, causing destruction and shock to local residents.

Outraged by the murder of his girlfriend, Shanlin decides to deal with Wilton at all costs. He is developing a Wilton Penthouse Penetration Plan on the twenty-seventh floor. Once inside the building, Shanlin fights with the boss, which turns into blood, fire and explosions. Finally, Shanlin forces Wilton to sign a confession by putting a hand grenade in the opponent’s mouth. In the ensuing scuffle, when Wilton's people try to get into the penthouse, Shanlin pulls a check out of a grenade and sends Wilton with her to the vault. The policeman, having descended the rope, confesses the evidence to the representatives of the Australian police. There is an explosion in the penthouse.

On the review aggregator site Rotten Tomatoes, the film has a rating of 100% based on 7 reviews and a rating of 7.5 out of 10 ^[2] .

Peter Cheng received an award in the Best Editing category at the 12th Golden Horse Taipei Film Awards ^[3] .
