Arman Tsarukyan (born October 11, 1996 in Georgia , Akhalkalaki ) is a Russian mixed martial arts fighter of Armenian origin, acting under the auspices of the UFC , in the light weight category (up to 70 kg).

Biography and career
Arman Tsarukyan was born on October 11, 1996 in Georgia, the city of Akhalkalaki. He trains at the Khabarovsk MMA club (Khabarovsk, Russia) and at the Tiger Muay Thai professional training camp in Phuket (Thailand).
Arman's career began on September 25, 2015 at MFP: Assault Night on Spassk 2015. He took part in tournaments of such promotions as RFC, OFS, Modern Fighting Pankration. He met in fights with such rivals as: Alexander Belykh, Dmitry Shkrabiy, Ali Khaibulaev.
May 26, 2018, speaking at MFP 220: Mayor's Cup 2018, Tsarukyan defeated former UFC fighter Junior Assunsao by unanimous decision. On October 28, 2017, the Road FC (MMA) promotion invited Armand to fight Kyung Pio Kim on Road FC 043, which was won by Armand by unanimous decision [1] . MBC Sports + calls Tsarukyan’s fight incredible. Armana was repeatedly congratulated by President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin as a very talented fighter [2] [3] [4] [5] .
On March 20, Tsarukyan signed a contract with the UFC , which states that Arman will receive 4 fights within the organization [6] .
On April 20, Arman lost to Islam Makhachev by a unanimous decision of the judges, however, he was able to provide decent resistance, which did not go unnoticed by specialists, in particular Joe Rogan , who admired the versatility of Arman’s technical arsenal during the commentary on his subsequent fight with Auben-Mercier .
