Biography
He graduated from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations ( MGIMO ) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the USSR (1983) and the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia (1996). He speaks German , English and French . At diplomatic work since 1983.
In 2002-2005 - senior adviser, adviser-envoy of the Russian Embassy in Bulgaria .
In 2005-2009 - chief adviser, head of department in the Third European Department of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
From September 2009 to September 2014 - Consul General of the Russian Federation in Munich ( Germany ).
From September 2014 to August 2018 - Deputy Director of the First Department of the CIS Countries of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Since August 17, 2018 - Permanent Representative of the Russian Federation to the statutory and other bodies of the CIS in Minsk [1] .
