Biography
Born May 9, 1920 in the city of Aksakovo .
In 1937 he joined the Workers' Youth Union , and in 1944 - 1986 was a member of the Bulgarian Communist Party [1] .
In 1942, the pro-German government sentenced him to life imprisonment for revolutionary activity [1] and was released after the communists, the Bulgarian army and their supporters carried out a coup d'etat on September 8–9, 1944, in which Stoychev himself also took part [2] , and overthrew the pro-German government, forming the government of the Patriotic Front , headed by Kimon Georgiev .
He worked as an instructor and secretary of the district committee of the Workers' Youth Union in Balchik .
In 1949 he became the first secretary of the regional committee of the Union of National Youth in Varna .
In 1950 - 1959 - First Secretary of the District Committee of the Bulgarian Communist Party in Balchik [3] .
In 1959 - 1982 - First Secretary of the District Committee of the Bulgarian Communist Party in Varna [4] [5] [1] [6] .
Since 1958, he has been a candidate member of the Central Committee of the Bulgarian Communist Party [6] , in 1962 - 1986 - member of the Central Committee of the Bulgarian Communist Party [1] .
In 1959 he graduated from the Higher Party School of the Central Committee of the BRP in Sofia.
In 1970, at the specialized academic council for philosophical sciences of the Academy of Social Sciences under the Central Committee of the CPSU, he defended his dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy on the topic “Religion and Society: (philosophical and sociological analysis)” [7] .
He worked as a senior researcher at the Institute of Philosophy Bulgarian Academy of Sciences [8] .
In 1971 - 1981 - member of the State Council of the People's Republic of Bulgaria [1] .
From July 3, 1974 to March 31, 1981, he was a candidate member of the Politburo of the Central Committee of the Bulgarian Communist Party .
In 1962 - 1981, the people's representative Bulgarian National Assembly IV , V , VI VII and VIII convocations [9] .
In 1982 - 1987 - Ambassador to the Socialist Republic of Romania .

In 1962 she left T. Stoichev's article in which he writes about the need to “overcome” religion, which impedes the building of a socialist society. According to T. Stoichev, religion should pass away as an obsolete element, and to eliminate it, it is necessary to squeeze out all manifestations of religion from the everyday life of society, to free it from religious layers. The author writes that against religion, it is necessary to conduct it with the help of scientific and atheistic propaganda and offers the necessary measures to combat the church.
