Biography
Seitsultan Suleymenovich Aimbetov Born on July 15, 1947 at the state farm Zhetikulsky Syrdarya district of Kyzylorda region.
After graduating from a seven-year school to them. A.S. Makarenko in the Syrdarya district of the Kyzylorda region in 1961 , continued his studies at the boarding school named after Yu.A. Gagarin in the city of Kyzylorda .
In 1969 he graduated from the Alma-Ata Institute of National Economy with a degree in economist-financier.
