Aleksandr Vladimir Krushelnytsky (born July 30, 1954 , Mukachevo, Uzhgorod district, Transcarpathian region of the Ukrainian SSR ) is a Soviet , Russian historian , an expert in the field of Russian history and political history of Russia . Candidate of Historical Sciences , Associate Professor of Moscow State Historical and Archival Institute , Russian State Humanitarian University [1] . He is the author of over 90 scientific and educational works, including a textbook on the history of Russia of the 20th century .

Biography
Born on July 30, 1954 in the city of Mukachevo, Uzhgorod district, Transcarpathian region ( USSR , USSR ).
In 1976 he graduated from the Moscow State Historical and Archival Institute (specialty - historian-archivist).
From 1976 to 1989 he worked in the Central State Archive of the Soviet Army and the Central Museum of the Armed Forces [2] .
In 1985, he defended his thesis for the degree of candidate of historical sciences , specialty 07.00.02 - Domestic history. The theme is “The People’s Commissariat for Military Affairs in the first months of the dictatorship of the proletariat, the end of October 1917 - March 1918” [3] .
Since 1989 - work at the Moscow State Institute of History and Archives , Russian State University for the Humanities : Senior Lecturer, Associate Professor of the History of State Institutions and Public Organizations of the Faculty of Archives MGIAI, IAI RSUH , IAI RSUH [4] .
