Biography

Kosmin Israpilova was born in 1961 in the village of Shakhuva, Lak District of the DASSR.

Father - Israpilov Mugutdin, born in 1916, rural teacher, principal, wrote poetry.

Mother - Israpilova Maysarat, born in 1931, brigadier on the collective farm, working at the plant.

Kosmin Israpilova graduated from Makhachkala School No. 5 in 1978, the Faculty of Philology of the DaggosUniversity in 1984, and the Law Faculty of the Institute of Finance and Law in 2005.

Labor Activity

Worked for seven years as a correspondent for Sokolenok magazines in 7 national languages. Deputy General Director of the Center for Human Self-Regulation. Advisor to the Minister of Education of the Republic of Dagestan and other advisory posts. Chief Specialist of the Ministry of National Policy, Information and External Relations of the Republic of Dagestan, Chief Specialist of the Office of Information Policy and the Press Service of the President of the Republic of Dagestan for nine years. Awarded the class rank “Advisor of the Civil Service of the Republic of Dagestan, 3rd class”.
