Biography
Salavat Kutushev graduated from Bashkir State University in 2000 with a degree in jurisprudence.
In 2002 he graduated from the graduate school of the Law Institute of the Bashkir State University .
Since 2003 - chief specialist, head of the department of control and legal support of land relations of the Ministry of Property Relations of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
In 2005 he was appointed Deputy Head of the Territorial Agency for the Management of Federal Property in the Republic of Bashkortostan.
In 2010, he graduated from St. Petersburg State University of Civil Aviation and the Financial Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation (Ufa).
From 2008 to 2011, he headed Ufa International Airport . [3] . In 2011, he became the head of the management company Ermolino International Airport. Since 2014, he has been the General Director of Kaluga International Airport JSC . He worked on the creation of the fourth airport of the Moscow aviation hub, opened regular international communication at the Kaluga airport [4] .
In the years 2009-2010, he initiated a project for the restoration of domestic passenger aviation in Bashkortostan and reconstructed airfields in Neftekamsk and Sibay .
