Saryan Street ( Armenian Սարյան փողոց ) - a street in Yerevan , in the central Kentron district, runs from Mesrop Mashtots Avenue as a continuation of Movses Khorenatsi street and passes to Tumanyan street in Moskovyan . Part, along with the streets of Agatangelos , Moskovyan, M. Khorenatsi and Khanjyan, covering the city center of the road ring. Popular tourist route [1] [2] . The street hosts the traditional two-day festival “Wine Days of Yerevan”, these days the street is closed for vehicles [3] .

The modern name is in honor of the outstanding Armenian Soviet artist Martiros Saryan (1880-1972). Earlier - part of Moskovyan street [4]
