This type of oval-screw drilling, according to the weapons legislation of the Russian Federation, is a smoothbore weapon. As a result, weapons with such a barrel design do not require 5 years of experience for their acquisition. Moreover, in terms of ballistic characteristics, the cartridge is similar to rifle cartridges with a close caliber and muzzle energy. According to the manufacturer, the cartridge is suitable for hunting large and medium game.
