Biography

Lidia Alekseevna Yatsynich (nee Chernykh) was born in the Timsky district of the Kursk region. In 1977 she graduated from the Moscow Conservatory in the class of classical vocal (teacher D. Ya. Pantofel-Nechetskaya ).

In 1976, as a fourth-year student at the Conservatory, she was accepted as an intern in the troupe of the Moscow Musical Theater named after K. S. Stanislavsky and Vl. I. Nemirovich-Danchenko . Since the late 1970s, she sang leading parts in most theater performances, sang more than 30 leading parties. Has toured to Germany, France, Italy, Belgium, Yugoslavia, Japan, the USA.

Among her radio and gramophone records are: arias from operettas by F. Lehar, I. Kalman, romances by P. I. Tchaikovsky, recordings of the operas “Eugene Onegin”, “The Queen of Spades”, “The Snow Maiden”, “Romeo and Juliet” P. I. Tchaikovsky with the Bolshoi Symphony Orchestra. P.I. Tchaikovsky under the direction of V.I. Fedoseev; “Sorochinskaya Fair” by M. P. Mussorgsky , “The Taming of the Shrew” by V. Ya. Shebalin, “Requiem” by O. A. Kozlovsky, arias from operas and romances with the radio and television orchestra conducted by Yu. Silantyev, conductor V. M. Esipov.

Participated in government concerts. A record of N. A. Rimsky-Korsakov’s romances, a CD of N. Metner’s romances was recorded. He is engaged in concert activities, performs opera arias from the works of Tchaikovsky, Rachmaninov, Verdi, Bellini, Puccini, Russian old romances and songs, Bortnyansky’s opera “Son-rival”.

Since 1988 he has been teaching solo singing at the Academic Music College at the Moscow Conservatory , associate professor.

Since 1996, she has been teaching solo singing at the Department of Vocal Ensemble and Solo Singing at Moscow State University of Culture .

He teaches vocals at the Galina Vishnevskaya Opera Center , professor.
