Vladimir Mikhailovich Yatsenko (born April 3, 1951, Art. Kuntsevsk, Krasnodar Territory) - deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the I and II convocations.

Biography
Vladimir Yatsenko was born on April 3, 1951. He studied at the Institute of Agricultural Engineering ( Rostov-on-Don ) as an engineer-technologist.
He worked in the city of Korosten at the Zhovtneva Forge plant - as a foreman, senior process engineer, shop manager, head of the industrial transport department. He was the first secretary of the city committee of the Communist Party of Ukraine Korosten.
He was elected People's Deputy of Ukraine in 1990 and 1994.
Since 2002 - Deputy Head of the Department of the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
Vice-President of the All-Ukrainian Organization of the Socio-Ecological Party “Soyuz-Chernobyl of Ukraine”.
