Bradley Roberts Byrne ( born February 16, 1955 , Mobile , Alabama ) is an American lawyer and Republican politician who has been a member of the United States House of Representatives from the 1st Alabama constituency since 2014.

Biography
In 1973, he graduated from the University Military College in the city of Mobile, in 1977 received a bachelor's degree from Duke University . In 1980, Byrne graduated from the Law School of the University of Alabama . He led private law practice. Member of the Alabama Education Board from 1994 to 2002. In 1997 he moved from the Democratic Party to the Republican. Member of the from 2002 to 2007, Chancellor of the Alabama Department of Postgraduate Education from 2007 to 2009.
Byrne was a candidate for governor of Alabama in 2010. In December 2013, he won the early elections to the House of Representatives. [one]
