Biography
Yana Nikolaevna Poklad was born on April 14, 1967 in the city of Korolev (formerly Kaliningrad) in the Moscow Region.
1981 - 1982 studied in the art studio at the Palace of Culture. Kalinin. Leaders: G. Karkanitsa, V. Malishevskaya.
In 1986 she graduated from the Moscow Theater Art and Technical School with a degree in artist-props. Teachers: V. Fedotov, N.G. Levkovich.
1996 - 2002 training at the Moscow Art Institute named after V.I. Surikov . She studied under N. Andronov, Yu. Shishkov, G. Neznaykin, M. Abakumov, S. Smirnov, S. Sirenko, V. Sidorov. She defended her diploma in the workshop of V. Sidorov with a series of paintings “Remembering Bulgaria”.
Member of the Moscow Union of Artists since 2005, Member of the Union of Artists of Russia since 2006, Member of art exhibitions in Russia and abroad. In 2007 she was awarded the Ministry of Agriculture Diploma for the successful works of fine art presented at exhibitions.
In 2010 - Ministry of Agriculture diploma for the work “Levitan House”, exhibited at the IV exhibition “World of Painting” (Moscow, Central House of Artists). She was thanked by the Russian Academy of Arts for organizing the IV exhibition “World of Painting” (Moscow, Central House of Artists), etc.
Of particular importance in painting Poklad is the landscape. It is in this genre that the artistic searches of the master and the originality of his method are most accurately expressed. Bright and colorful, picturesque style Poklad already in the 90s won the recognition of the Moscow public. Crimean landscapes, views of the Central Russian strip, treasured corners of the natural environment. These works are given to stand on a par with the landscapes of Alexander Kiselev, Nikolay Krymov, Peter Petrovichev - masters who discovered at the beginning of the twentieth century the originality of the Russian national school of landscape and breathed new life into it. Yana Poklad is one of the selected masters who continue the best traditions of Russian realistic school. Acting as an actively exposed artist, Poklad declared herself as a creative unit with a wide range of themes and a rich plot palette. She was awarded the medal of the Moscow Union of Artists of Russia “For the Development of Traditions” in 2019.
