Biography
Born on February 28, 1936 .
He graduated from the Ukrainian Agricultural Academy with a degree in Electrical Engineering.
He worked as the general director of the Megommetr production association ( Uman, Cherkasy region ).
He was a member of the CPSU from 1968 to 1991.
In 1990, during the first alternative parliamentary elections in the Ukrainian SSR, he was nominated as a candidate for people's deputies by the labor collective of the Megommetr production association. On March 18, 1990, in the first round, he was elected people's deputy of the Supreme Soviet of the Ukrainian SSR of the 12th convocation I convocation ) from Umansky city electoral district No. 420 of Cherkasy region, gained 52.76% of the votes among 13 candidates. In parliament, he was a member of the commission for planning, budget, finance and prices. Parliamentary powers expired on May 10, 1994.
