Born May 28, 1936 in the town of Lepel, Vitebsk region.

He graduated from Odessa State University, Department of Physics (1959), Department of Thermophysics.

From 1959 to 1996, he worked at the Krasnaya Zvezda NGO (Moscow): engineer, team leader, leading designer, deputy. ch. designer, scientific secretary.

Specialist in the field of space nuclear energy.

Candidate of Technical Sciences. Received 41 copyright certificates for inventions.

Laureate of the USSR State Prize for participation in the creation of nuclear power plants . Honored Inventor of the RSFSR.

Lives in Moscow.

Family: wife, two sons.
