“Flowers, Tears, and Jealousy” ( Japanese: 美 空 ひ ば り ・ 森 進 一 の 花 と 涙 と 炎 , Khan is Namida or Honoo ; Eng. Content

Story

Seijuro of Fujihan, director of the Fujihan dance school, proud and lonely artist. Due to his character, his troupe of artists is not as successful as other schools. He wants his daughter Kasumi, like him, gifted, to take over the management and development of the Fujihan school, but she wants to marry Hiroshi, the head of the jazz band that her father is against.

Kisaburo, Seijiro's No. 1 student, wants to marry Kasumi and take over the school. Kasumi is shocked when Hiroshi offers to interrupt their romance. She drowns in sorrow and asks the walking singer Ryusuke to sing for her. Arriving gangsters beat Ryusuke, claiming that this is their territory. But Ryusuke is happy when he sings, and Kasumi introduces him to his music teacher so that he can take singing lessons. Kasumi starts performing in a nightclub against her father’s wishes, and Ryusuke sings in a show that is very successful.

As Ryusuke becomes popular, speculation and gossip about him and Kasumi began to appear in the press. Seijuro orders his daughter not to meet him again. Kisaburo, when he finds out that there can be no question of a wedding with Kasumi, creates a new group, where he lures all the artists from the Fujikhan troupe. Shocked by this act of his beloved student, Seijuro falls ill. He now apologizes to Kasumi for asking Hiroshi to break up with her.

Realizing that Ryosuke must be independent, Kasumi decides to stop supporting her. She is investing in her upcoming recital, but there is not enough money. She can only find half the amount requested. Hiroshi again invites her to restore the relationship, but she is determined to live for the revival of her Fujihan school. Hiroshi offers her 5 million yen for her concert. He explains to her that Ryosuke sold himself to an agent and received money for a contract for her.

On the day of her creative evening, Ryosuke watches TV and performs a magnificent dance on the crane.
