Rhinotia haemoptera (lat.) - a species of beetles from the family Belidae , living in Australia. Coloring is similar to fire-flowers (Pyrochroidae).

A pest of palm plantations (including coconut and date palms), causes economic damage to farmers.
To combat this beetle, nematodes of the species Heterorhabditis indica have been successfully used [1] .
