Seth-Ile ( fr. Sept-Îles ), previously (until 1970 ) also known as the Seven Islands ( Eng. Seven Islands ) is a city in eastern Canada , in the province of Quebec , on the southern coast of the Labrador Peninsula . This is the last major port city with a European population on the northern coast of St. Lawrence Bay in the Cote Nor region , which also has regular road connections with the rest of the province.
