Postage Stamps

In 2013, a postal block was released dedicated to the Olympic torch relay of the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi . The relay route covered 132 settlements of the Russian Federation. The 128th relay point was Grozny. A map of Russia was drawn on the margins of the block, on which points marked the relay route points, including the capital of Chechnya ^[1] .

2013: Russian postal block ( CFA [ ITC “Marka” ] No. 1736) dedicated to
the Olympic torch relay in Sochi.

On April 6, 2015, Grozny was awarded the title “ City of Military Glory ” ^[2] . On this occasion, a postage stamp was issued, and the Bank of Russia issued a commemorative coin in denominations of 10 rubles .
