Abzhapparov, Abdumutalip Abzhapparovich

Born on February 10, 1950 in the Aravan district of the Osh region of the Kyrgyz SSR. Kazakh.

In 1972 he graduated with honors from the metallurgical faculty of the Kazakh Polytechnic Institute. V.I. Lenin , majoring in metallurgical engineering.

In 1972-1991 he worked at the Kazakh Polytechnic Institute :

• 1972-1975 - engineer, senior engineer, in 1979-1981 - junior and senior researcher, head of the industrial alumina research laboratory;
• 1981-1982 - Lecturer, Senior Lecturer, Department of Physical and Chemical Research of Metallurgical Processes;
• 1982-1986 - Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Metallurgy for Academic Affairs;
• 1986-1991 - Associate Professor of the Department of Physical and Chemical Research of Metallurgical Processes (FHIMP).

In 1991-1997, he was the chief specialist of the Main Directorate of Higher Education and Science; since 1993, he was the head of the department of technical and technological education of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan ; in 1997-1999 - consultant to the expert-analytical department of financial and economic expertise, consultant to the economic department of the Office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan; In 1999-2001 - Director of the Department of Higher Education of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In 1995, he graduated from the Lower Saxon German Academy of Management with a degree in personnel manager. Has a certificate from the Goethe Institute ( Frankfurt ).

From 2001 to 2005 - rector of the East Kazakhstan University named after S. Amanzholov ^[1] ; From 2005 to 2013 - Rector of the Caspian State University of Technology and Engineering .

From February 14, 2013 to July 24, 2014 - General Director of JSC "Republican Scientific and Methodological Center for Technical and Vocational Education and Qualification".

From July 25, 2014 to the present - rector of the Kokshetau University named after Shokan Ualikhanov ^[2] .

Since 2001, she has been a member of the Nur Otan Party. He was elected as a deputy of the East Kazakhstan regional maslikhat (2003-2005), Mangistau regional maslikhat (since 2005).

In 1979 he defended his Ph.D. , in 1998 - his doctoral dissertation ("Physico-chemical fundamentals and technology of complex processing of low-quality alumina-containing raw materials in Kazakhstan"). Professor (2000), academician of the National Engineering Academy of the Republic of Kazakhstan (2003), academician of the International Academy of Higher Education Sciences (2009).

He is the author of more than 300 scientific works in foreign, union and republican publications, including 3 monographs, 4 study guides, 30 methodological developments and recommendations. Has 11 copyright certificates and others.
