Born May 4, 1936 in the village. Yaltushkov Vinnytsia region.
Orphaned early. After graduating from high school, he entered Lviv University . Due to the difficult financial situation, he was transferred to the Tymoshenko Kiev Tank Technical School . After graduating with honors, in 1958 he began serving as a senior technician for the repair of tanks, tracked and wheeled vehicles, motorcycles in various technical divisions.
In 1961 he entered the engineering department of the Armored Academy , which he graduated in 1967.
He served in the experimental design bureau, was engaged in the development of the latest military equipment.
Since 1971, the head of the military representative office for the control of the construction of the Kaluga Engine-Building Plant, where it was planned to start mass production of the engine for the T-80 tank.
In 1991, as part of a team of 10 tank designers, he became a laureate of the USSR State Prize.
Since 1992, retired, member of the Kaluga Regional Committee of Veterans of War and Military Service.
