Biography
Ospan Dadenovich Kazakhbaev Born on July 27, 1963 in Turkmenistan.
In 1985 he graduated from the Turkmen State Institute of Architecture and Civil Engineering with a degree in civil engineering.
In 2005 he graduated from the Caspian State University of Technology and Engineering named after S. Yesenov with a degree in state and local government.
