The anime series based on the original game was shot by TMS Entertainment . His show began on April 8, 2019.
Story
In the game, the player controls the character, a former ace of the major league of youth baseball , who had to leave the player’s career due to injury. He moves to his grandmother and goes to the local high school, wanting to never have anything to do with this sport again. However, soon he or she meets Tsubasa Arihara, and she convinces the hero to become the manager of the baseball club and help the team play in the final of high school in . As a manager, a player collects a team, trains it, and also gets acquainted with the stories of each of its members.
In the anime, Tsubasa Arihara enters high school and finds out that there is no baseball team in her. She decides to fix it, but the first obstacle is the student council, which did not support this idea.

On July 30, 2018, the official Twitter account of the original game announced that an adaptation in the form of an anime series would be released. The four-panel comedy manga- spinach Hachi Nai Gaiden: Senryoku Gai is published on the official website of the game ! Katato-chan ( Jap. ハチナイ外伝戦力外!カタトちゃん) authorship Bkub Okawa and novelization titled Hachigatsu no Cinderella Nine ~ Before Summer ~ ( Jap. 八月のシンデレラナイン~ the before summer ~). The four-part ONA adaptation of the yokoma called Katato the Animation ( Japanese カ タ ト THE ア ニ メ ー シ ョ ン ) was shown from May to June 2017.
Criticism
Although technically the anime of Hachigatsu no Cinderella Nine is a spock , the tone of the piece is more like Love Live! . [5] Bright colors and cute heroines only reinforce this impression. [five]
The anime came out in one season with the series about the youth baseball team Mix , but despite the general theme, the stories vary widely. [five]
The plot of the Cinderella Nine is not full of sporting details. Some critics drew attention to the fact that in the initial screen saver, girls play baseball in skirts with shorts and sailors, which would be impractical in a real game. [5] Unlike Taishō Baseball Girls and Princess Nine , who previously released anime about female baseball teams, Cinderella Nine characters do not try to prove anything or compete with teams of the opposite sex, instead they are interested in participating in their league and enjoying games.
